"This air cleaning service that Coslett's Carpet Cleaning provided for me in one of my rental properties was a life saver! After a tenant vacated that cooked heavily with curry I found myself with a property I couldn't rent due to the undesirable odor. I didn't believe anything would take care of this problem short of spending thousands on repainting and carpeting the entire unit. "We were babysitting our "Grand" dog Buddy who happened upon a skunk early one morning and was sprayed. He came back into the house and managed to infect almost every area of our home with the skunk odor. We had no idea what it was because the smell once on a person or animal is distinctly different from the skunk spray smell from a distance. Needless to say we had a serious situation on our hands. I immediately phoned Chad and he responded promptly. He cleaned every inch of our home and ran the ionizer for several hours to rid our home of the horrible smell. I have since heard horror stories from individuals who have had to discard furniture, bedding, clothing etc. because of a skunk spray. Chad saved all of our belongings and the house was skunk free.
